be developing the most exclusive community in Summerlin. This community,
consisting of 555 acres of scenic, and secluded land bordering BLM land, will
be only minutes from Downtown Summerlin.
Although there is no name for the project as of this date,
groundbreaking of this new resort community is scheduled for mid-2015 with the
first lot and home sales beginning in the latter part of 2015.
Located immediately south of The Ridges, the new Las Vegas residential
resort community will be home to exclusive residential custom lot sites, a
private world-class Tom Fazio designed 18 hole golf course and clubhouse with
state-of-the-art fitness facility and spa. Homeowners within this private
Summerlin home community will enjoy incredible views of Red Rock Canyon and the
Spring Mountains.
Residents of the new resort community will also enjoy access to all the amenities of a Summerlin home address, including top-notch private and public schools, more than 150 parks and trails, and nine golf courses. Summerlin Community Centers offer special events and classes exclusively for those who live in the community. The new luxury community is located just minutes from Downtown Summerlin, a 400-acre shopping, dining, and business center in the heart of Summerlin that opens this fall. In addition to business amenities, a 124 unit apartment rental complex is also planned in Downtown Summerlin with one, two, and three bedroom units ranging from 1,000 to 2,040 square feet.
